• He Is Me Objective:
  The purpose of He Is Me is to foster deeper connections among intake members by encouraging them to learn about each other’s dreams, goals, and aspirations. Through interviews and reflective writing, participants will identify ways to support one another in achieving personal, professional, and fraternal success, building a foundation of mutual understanding and collaboration.Activity Description:
  This activity emphasizes the importance of brotherhood by facilitating meaningful conversations among intake members. Each participant will be randomly paired with another intake member and engage in a one-on-one interview. During the interview, members will explore their partner’s:
  • Personal dreams and aspirations
  • Professional goals and ambitions
  • Hopes for their journey within Theta Rho Nu Fraternity, Inc.

  After the interview, participants will take time to write a brief reflection about what they learned. The reflection should include:

  1. Key insights about their partner’s values, dreams, and goals.
  2. How they, as a brother-in-progress, can actively support their partner in achieving these goals.
  3. How their partner’s aspirations align with the mission and vision of the fraternity.
